We listed our house under private exchange in October 2001. We received little calls and no offers at all. Theresa and Jim sent us a flyer in the mail and we decided to list with them. They were very helpful. Every open house we had, they always gave us fast feedback about what the customers were looking for. We reduced the price on the house and in a matter of a couple of days – we had three offers on it. We have now sold our house and we received the price we were looking for. Jim and Theresa kept us well informed on activity regarding our house and answered all of our questions (which we had many).
